Site Safety Coordinator

Position Summary: Oversees safety plans and training programs; emergency response plans and meets all training and safety objectives. Comply with all rules and regulations. Responsible for the safety administration process and complete all safety training documentation. Investigates and coordinates the submission of all safety and quality incidents and accidents. Assist with training and on-boarding. Interact with employees, track employee’s attendance, progress and ensure all staffing goals are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

-Conduct daily on-site visits

-Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps

-Investigate and coordinate the submission of written safety and quality evaluations

-Assist subject matter experts / department managers in conducting trainings

-Evaluate / audit employee safety and overall performance

-Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and effectiveness of various trainings

-Maintain a pool of quality candidates by recruiting and interviewing on an on-going basis

-Demonstrate proficiency in directing and motivating subordinates

-Assist Branch Office with employee assignments, availability and workload planning

-Provide on-going administrative support

-Provide on-call support

-Performs other duties as assigned

Computer Skills: Must be computer savvy proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and proficient use of online meeting programs.

Education and/or Experience

High School or equivalent education (minimum)

Industrial safety experience is a plus

Administrative Assistant

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as an Administrative Assistant with legal experience. The ideal candidate for this position is organized; ability to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently, excellent verbal and written communication, effective time management and organizational skills. Production Operators – Entry Level

Position Summary: Must perform a variety of general tasks in an industrial setting. General labor duties can include some heavy lifting, packing, unloading trucks and general clean-up

Position Summary: Operate forklift to stack and retrieve supplies and materials. Responsibilities also include documenting and maintaining inventory and ensuring production area is organized. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an industrial / production environment. Relies on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform job function. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards. Must be flexible to work rotating 8 hour shifts to include some weekends

Physical Requirements:

Material Handlers

Position Summary: Requires forklift certification on the stand-up, sit-down, or both. Responsible for staging and replacing materials to allow production processes to flow defiantly by documenting materials and tracking inventory. Must have knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures within an industrial /production environment

-Ability to safely operate a forklift (sit-down and stand-up) to move, locates, relocate, stack, and stage products and material.

Production Hand-packers

Position Summary: performs manual production tasks such as packaging, packet placing, repacking, case picking, and pack-off final inspections. Must be flexible to work 12 hour rotating shifts.  Wear all Proper Safety Equipment at all times.
