We offer several types of placement solutions, including:

TEMPORARY PLACEMENT SERVICES

Temporary assistance is an innovative and rapidly growing sector in the human resource industry.
Temporary associates are used for a number of reasons including covering vacation leave, maternity leave, holidays, peak times, and special projects to name a few. GPS recruits and maintains a quality pool of associates and we guarantee our services.
To accommodate your needs, we also process all payroll. We calculate and deduct any applicable contributions and taxes to relieve you of all accounting responsibilities.

TEMP-TO-HIRE

This program allows you the flexibility to evaluate prospective employees on a temporary basis prior to placing them on permanent status within your organization. It gives you the opportunity to work with the associate and review his or her skills and work habits. It also protects you from certain liabilities associated with hiring and evaluating new employees.

DIRECT PLACEMENT

As with our temporary placement services, all direct placement candidates are thoroughly tested and evaluated. GPS will handle all advertising, recruiting and interviewing needs for you*. After we refer potential associates, you may select and hire them directly onto your payroll. Or, you can refer candidates to us to conduct the entire employment screening and evaluation process**. Leave all of the work to us!
*Locator fee may be applied. **Direct hire fees are based on the position’s first year salary.

MANAGED SERVICES SOLUTIONS

Managed Services is one of the fastest growing Staffing Solutions in the nation. GPS is proud to offer a full service, experienced management team to supervise various customer operations on a continuous basis or for special projects. Increase your productivity through the strategic use of our trained managers and associates. GPS understands that a large organization can require many contractors with various levels of expertise. If preferred, GPS’ sub-contracting management services can eliminate the costs and duplicity associated with the use of numerous contractors. GPS will assume the responsibility of managing contracts and sub-contracts on behalf of our customer to ensure reliable screening processes are performed and that all company polices and health and safety regulations are met. GPS will provide a single detailed invoice for all services. We also partner with other staffing agencies to provide services, if necessary. We do it all, so you don’t have to!

SUB-CONTRACTING

We can serve as a secondary supplier to meet your staffing needs. GPS recognizes that your company may be in contract with another staffing agency that may not be able to meet your staffing needs during the life of its contract. We will also help you reduce costs associated with special projects or your day-to-day operations with a sense of urgency.

PAYROLL SERVICES

Allow us to handle all or some of your permanent employees’ payroll functions, especially during high-volume and transition periods. This valuable solution will help you maximize efficiency, cut costs and overhead and focus on your core business needs!

VENDOR-ON-PREMISE (VOP)

VOP is a management program specifically designed to manage, measure, and increase productivity of your contingent workforce.
