Our Screening Process

All associates are screened by experienced staffing specialists through our pre-employment screening process: reference and background checks, employment eligibility verification, skills assessments, testing and evaluations. Global Personnel Solutions will only refer candidates who meet the pre-requisites for employment with our company when their skills match the needs of a client. However, associates placed in our system may be evaluated for future opportunities as they become available.
