QUALITY MANAGEMENT ORIENTATION
Our commitment to quality is reflected through our Quality Management Orientation. Associates are oriented in the many aspects of quality service through a training program on punctuality, safety, attitude, and attire—essential qualities required by our customers. Other methods used to maintain exceptional service are Employee Evaluation Calls and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. This practice empowers you, the customer, to communicate associate performance and service characteristics you find important. Associate scores are recorded and kept as a part of the associate(s) permanent file to assist us in determining future placement. Evaluation scores for each employee are determined by your comments pertaining to the following:

  • Attendance
  • Punctuality
  • Attitude
  • Willingness to complete tasks
  • Understanding of assignment (s)
  • Qualifications

  • Overall Performance

Customer Satisfaction Surveys are provided upon completion of an associate assignment with your company. These surveys allow us to monitor the performance of our internal staff in an effort to evaluate and maintain our status as providing temporary services, yet permanent satisfaction.

HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE
Workers are entitled to working conditions that do not pose a risk of serious harm according to the OSH Act. GPS provides orientation and on-going training to minimize risks associated with the workplace. We also work closely with clients to develop customized safety plans and procedures for individual client sites. Our history speaks for itself!

DRUG FREE WORKPLACE POLICY
We are a drug-free workplace. Such an environment is essential to the welfare and safety of our employees and customers. In an effort to endorse drug-free workplace laws, we offer drug screening as part of our pre-employment requirements. While on the job, employees involved in accidents, safety violations or who demonstrate characteristics of drug and/or alcohol use will be required to submit to a drug screen. We conduct random drug screens as well.

24-HOUR SERVICE
Our Staffing Specialists are staffed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, we offer access to our associates and clients for after hour emergency calls.
